Returns and Refunds
Herbology Life Returns Policy is simple, fair and reasonable, and we will make every effort to ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied with your purchase. This page is where you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an online order or faulty item. If you are for any dissatisfied with an item purchased from our online store, you may return it to Herbology Life for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To do so, ensure that the items are returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase and that the product has not expired at such time, been opened, used or been tampered with.
We allow returns and refunds in the following cases:
- If you receive the wrong item/s, you must notify us of such via e-mail within 24 hours. We will make arrangements to collect the incorrect item/s and deliver the correct one/s at our cost.
- If you receive a damaged or broken product, you must notify us of such via e-mail within 24 hours. We will make arrangements to collect the damaged or broken item/s and deliver the new one/s at our cost.
- If you wish to return a product for other reasons, you can do so within 7(seven) days of receiving it. You must inform us via e-mail providing the reason for requesting a return. The product must be in the original sealed package (not used), and delivery cost for returning will be your responsibility. We shall take it further with the manufacturer/supplier, and it will be at the manufacturer’s/supplier discretion to refund you for the item. Therefore, we will not make refunds unless the manufacturer/supplier approves one. Herbology Life may, however, offer you a similar product.
- Should you wish to request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets our conditions, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
- We shall have the discretion to refund the customer by any appropriate means including cash, a gift card (electronic or otherwise) or by crediting the customer account or applicable credit or debit card.
- We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of Herbology Life, having inspected the condition of the item returned.
- Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
1. Email the returns department with the return details, supplying us with the below info:
- Your name, address, and contact number.
- The reason for your return.
- A copy(email) of your order receipt.
- Instructions stating whether you would like a return or an exchange.
2. Herbology Life will create an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) and engage our courier to collect the return.
3. The Courier or Herbology Life will contact you and make arrangements as to when the collection will take place and provide you with a collection reference number.
4. Herbology Life will inform the Supplier that the collection has been arranged with the collection reference number.
5. The Courier will collect the return from you and deliver it to Herbology Life’s warehouse.
6. Herbology Life will check the return and report back to the Supplier.
7. Return – For items that form part
of the return, we shall refund the purchase price or exchange those products
subject to the following conditions:
– Item(s) must be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
– When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note any new sizes or flavours to ensure that you are sent the desired exchange item(s).
– Returned items must be returned in their original product packaging.
Please Note: Herbology Life will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with, and products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations.
